President
An Electronics and Communication Engineer by training, a software developer by profession and a music aficionado by passion, Praneet Kaur believes that life is a journey filled with adventure and learning.
She has worked as a developer in IoT domain for the past five years. She is an active participant in Internet Governance communities like IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force), IIESoc( India Internet Engineering Society), APNIC (Asia Pacific Network Information Centre), INNOG (India Network Operators Group), ISOC (Internet Society), IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers).
In her free time, you can find her planning her next travel, talking to people from different cultures or cajoling Alexa to play her new songs.
Tirumaleswar Reddy
Vice-President
Tirumaleswar Reddy is a Principal Lead Engineer at Akamai. He has expertise in network and IoT/endpoint security, architecting, and developing security products and solutions. He has a proven track record of developing security and privacy standards for the Internet. He is currently chair of the TEEP WG and member of the “security area” review team at IETF. He has co-authored 22 RFC and is an active contributor in several working groups. He has 55 patents approved and 60 patents filed in the USPTO. His recent work and interests include IoT Security, Service Function Chaining, DDoS mitigation, Network traffic analysis, and Encrypted DNS.
Mohit P. Tahiliani

Mohit is a faculty of Computer Science and Engineering at National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal, Mangalore, India. He is a Member of the Advisory Board of ns-3 Consortium, and is a co-mentor of TCP and traffic-control modules in ns-3. He works on TCP optimisations, Linux queue disciplines, Data plane optimizations and Wi-Fi rate adaptation.
Vishal J. Rathod

Vishal is a Senior Project Engineer (SPE) in the IoT Research & Development Group at C-DAC in Bengaluru, India. He has 7.5+ years of teaching and research experience in academia and industry. He completed several Meity-funded IoT security and Embedded research projects. His research focusses on congestion control, IoT security, and embedded real-world solutions. He obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK) in Surathkal through an MHRD grant. He also holds bachelor's and master's degrees in computer engineering from Gujarat University and Dharmasinh Desai University.
Priyanka Sinha

Priyanka Sinha leads AI at Docyt. She worked at Redback Networks on the SmartEdge 800, Itaas on interactive TV, and TCS Research on social IoT. She earned a CSE BTech from IIT Guwahati in 2004, an MS in Computer Engineering from Auburn University in 2007, and a CSE PhD from IIT Kharagpur in 2022. At Auburn she was a Vodafone fellow focussing on autoconfiguration in multi hop mobile adhoc networks.
Sachin D Patil

Dr Sachin D. Patil is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Surat since June 2021. He is PhD from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK), Surathkal, India in June 2019. His areas of interest include Active Queue Management (AQM), Network Performance Analysis and improvements, and the Internet of Things (IoT).
His research has been published in several renowned journals and conferences such as Computer Communications Elsevier, SIMPAT Elsevier, IET Networks, the 44th IEEE conference on LCN in Germany, the 10th IEEE conference on ANTS at IISc Bangalore, TENSYMP and so on. He has also contributed to the Linux kernel, and his source codes have been merged into the Linux kernels v5.1 and v5.6, the default algorithm in multiple Linux distros. He has a total teaching experience of 12+ years at renowned institutes such as WCE Sangli and COEP Pune. He is a reviewer for multiple Letters, Journals and conferences. Also, he has been a resource person for several workshops on ns-2, ns-3 and set up a real-time Linux testbed.

Vinayak Hegde currently works as CTO-in-residence at Microsoft for Startups. With over 17 years of experience, Vinayak has built multiple products across different domains such as IoT, large scale networks and large scale data systems in a variety of individual contributor and senior technical leadership roles. Previously he has worked with Akamai, Inmobi, and Zoomcar.
Vishnu Pavan Beeram

Vishnu Pavan Beeram is a Distinguished Engineer at Juniper Networks. He is a regular contributor at the IETF and has been serving as a co-chair of the IETF’s TEAS Working Group since early 2015. He has 20+ years of Software Development experience working on a variety of switching and routing platforms. As part of Juniper’s Routing Protocols Development team, his primary focus is on analytics, containerized applications and innovations in the IP/MPLS Traffic Engineering space. Prior to joining Juniper Networks in 2012, he spent about 7.5 years developing control plane solutions in the optical domain for ADVA Optical Networking. Before that, he was with AVICI systems for about 4.5 years developing various MPLS-TE features. In his early career, he did software maintenance work for Lucent/Ascend and 3COM.
He has a Master’s in Engineering Management from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science & Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University.
Shwetha Bhandari

She has been an active contributor to IETF since 2008. She currently co-authors Insitu OAM related work, Attestation related work in RATS workgroup at IETF and chairs 6lo wg.

Kannan Jayaraman has been working in the Networking Industry for the last 25 years as an engineering leader . His interests are primarily IP Routing and Switching technologies where he has spent a lot of time in his career. He keeps abreast of Industry trends and new technologies (by reading various blogs) and also standards bodies especially IETF where he follows working groups such as SPRING , IDR and LSR.

Bharat Joshi

Bharat is a Co-Founder and CPO at VuNet systems. With 20+ years of experience, Bharat brings his deep understanding of building highly scalable and secure software infrastructures for networking and security devices. Previously at Infosys, Bharat has played various other roles involving lead software architect, project management and product management responsibilities. Has co-authored 6 RFCs and several Internet-Drafts in IETF, IEEE AND SANOG. Graduated in Electrical Engineering from HBTI, Kanpur.
Nalini Elkins

Nalini is the CEO and Founder of Inside Products, Inc. Nalini is a recognized leader in the field of computer performance measurement and analysis. In addition to being an experienced software product designer, developer, and planner, she is a formidable businesswoman. She has been the founder or co-founder of three start-ups in the high-tech arena.
Nalini started her career doing network design and monitoring for the Chevron network. She specializes in network performance analysis, measurement, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting of large enterprise networks. One of her specialties is training and network design for IPv6 migration for large enterprises. Many of the Fortune 1000 level companies as well as the large US government organizations have taken her classes on various networking topics.
She has developed network monitoring and diagnostic products which were later marketed by IBM and other software companies. She received the A.A. Michelson award from the Computer Measurement Group for her contributions to the field. Nalini is on the President of the Industry Network Technology Council (INTC).
Dhruv Dhody

Dhruv has been working in the networking domain for the last 19 years with Huawei Technologies. His current designation is Chief Architect - Standards. Over the years they have worked on MPLS VPNs, OSPF, NTP, ALTO, CSPF, etc for Huawei's Routing Platform (VRP). They are currently working on research & standards for various emerging technologies such as Path Computation Element (PCE), Segment Routing (SR), and network slicing.

They have been an active IETF contributor since 2010 in Path Computation and Traffic Engineering with 33 RFCs as the main author or contributors. They have filled 21 patents. They are also serving as the PCE WG co-chair at IETF as well as a part of the Routing Directorate and sergeant-at-arms for the IETF mailing list. They are a founding member of the India Internet Engineering Society (IIESoc) and the Industry Network Technology Council (INTC).
Dhruv was awarded the Technical role model award by Zinnov and was recognized as a Technology stalwart in India.
